The Journey of Sujeesh Jayakumar
Born in Malabar and raised in the serene village of Cherakalathazham near Paripally, Sujeesh’s early life was steeped in simplicity, nature, and the values of discipline and devotion. His grandfather, a farmer, became his first silent teacher—introducing him to the rhythm of mindful living.
From childhood, the seeds of Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga were sown, nurturing a spiritual foundation that would guide him throughout life. After completing his studies, Sujeesh moved abroad for work, but a deep calling arose within. In Dubai, he stepped away from a conventional career to devote himself fully to yoga.
What began with asana practice soon expanded into the depths of Jnana Yoga under the guidance of teachers across India. Teaching followed naturally, leading him to share yoga in different parts of the world, including Europe.
With years of study, practice, and teaching, Sujeesh founded Tattva Dhaam—a place where all four paths of yoga unite to guide seekers toward self-realization.
Our Philosophy
At Tattva Dhaam, our foundation is the integration of the four classical paths of yoga:
Raja (Ashtanga/Dhyana) Yoga – The path of discipline, meditation, and inner stillness, leading to self-mastery through the eight limbs of yoga.
Karma Yoga – The path of selfless service, transforming every action into a conscious offering free from attachment.
Bhakti Yoga – The path of devotion, opening the heart through chanting, prayer, and surrender to the Divine.
Jnana Yoga – The path of wisdom and discernment, rooted in scripture and self-inquiry, guiding one to the realization of non-dual truth.
Our approach is holistic—aligning body, mind, heart, and actions with the higher Self. We draw from the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Vedantic philosophy to ensure that our teachings are grounded in timeless authenticity.

Daily life here is an immersion into authentic yogic living:
Asana & Pranayama: Thoughtfully sequenced practices to cultivate strength, vitality, and balance.
Kirtan & Bhakti Practices: Heart-opening devotional chanting to connect with the Divine.
Karma Yoga: Contributing to the community through selfless acts, fostering humility and compassion.
Scriptural Study & Jnana Yoga: Deep explorations into Vedantic wisdom and self-inquiry.
Tattva Dhaam is more than a yoga school—it is a living community where each day is an opportunity to embody the principles of yoga.
