At Tattva Dhaam, our foundation is built upon the four classical paths of yoga, each offering a unique yet interconnected approach to self-realization. By integrating these ancient disciplines, we support a holistic path where the body, heart, intellect, and actions are aligned with the higher Self.

Ashtanga (Dhyana) Yoga
Emphasizes discipline, meditation, and inner stillness. It is the path of self-mastery through the eight limbs of yoga, guiding the practitioner toward mental clarity and spiritual insight.

Karma Yoga
The path of selfless service, transforms everyday actions into offerings, dissolving ego through service without attachment.
Bhakti Yoga
Opens the heart through devotion chanting, prayer, and surrender to the divine, fostering deep emotional connection and spiritual fulfillment.
Jnana Yoga
Is the path of wisdom and discernment, rooted in scriptural study and self-inquiry, leading to the realization of the non-dual truth (Advaita).

Our Story
Born in the southern part of India, Sujeesh’s journey began in the nurturing care of his grandparents. Growing up in a simple and grounded environment, he absorbed timeless values of discipline, humility, and connection to nature. His grandfather, a farmer, became his first role model teaching him life’s rhythms through early mornings in the fields.
Spiritual Roots
From childhood, Sujeesh was introduced to the essence of Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga, unknowingly laying the foundation for the spiritual path he would one day embrace. These early experiences shaped his outlook on life and planted the seeds of self-inquiry and devotion.
The Turning Point
After leaving his village for higher studies, Sujeesh traveled widely and eventually moved to Dubai to build a conventional career. But within a few years, he experienced a profound inner shift. Realizing that material success alone could not bring fulfillment, he made the courageous decision to walk away from corporate life and dedicate himself fully to the practice and path of yoga.
A Lifelong Student
What began as a focus on Asana practice soon deepened into explorations of Jnana Yoga, guided by teachers from across India. Sujeesh’s commitment to learning and self-transformation turned him into a dedicated seeker, blending discipline with openness to ancient wisdom.
The Teacher Emerges
His journey as a student naturally blossomed into that of a teacher. Over time, Sujeesh began sharing yoga internationally, including in Europe, inspiring students with his unique approach that integrates philosophy, practice, and mindful living.
Our Vision
With years of personal practice, teaching experience, and spiritual growth, Sujeesh felt called to create his own space—a yoga school rooted in the integration of all four paths of yoga: Raja, Bhakti, Jnana, and Karma Yoga.
This school is more than a place to practice it is a sanctuary for those seeking balance, awareness, and transformation, where yoga is lived as a way of being, not just practiced on the mat.
