At Tattva Dhaam, our foundation is built upon the four classical paths of yoga, each offering a unique yet interconnected approach to self-realization. By integrating these ancient disciplines, we support a holistic path where the body, heart, intellect, and actions are aligned with the higher Self.

Ashtanga (Dhyana) Yoga
Emphasizes discipline, meditation, and inner stillness. It is the path of self-mastery through the eight limbs of yoga, guiding the practitioner toward mental clarity and spiritual insight.

Karma Yoga
The path of selfless service, transforms everyday actions into offerings, dissolving ego through service without attachment.
Bhakti Yoga
Opens the heart through devotion chanting, prayer, and surrender to the divine, fostering deep emotional connection and spiritual fulfillment.
Jnana Yoga
Is the path of wisdom and discernment, rooted in scriptural study and self-inquiry, leading to the realization of the non-dual truth (Advaita).

He was born in Malabar and, by the age of three, moved with his family to Cherakalathazham near Paripally, a quiet village with just five or six houses. He and his sister were raised by their grandparents, with whom they shared a simple and grounded life. His grandfather, a farmer, would rise early, and young Sujeesh often joined him, unknowingly planting the seeds of discipline and connection to nature.
From an early age, he was exposed to the essence of Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga, laying the spiritual foundation for his future path. After leaving the village for higher studies, Sujeesh began to travel and eventually moved to a Dubai for work. During his time in Dubai, after two to three years of professional life, he experienced a profound shift, choosing to walk away from a conventional career and dedicate himself fully to the path of yoga.
What began with a strong focus on Asana practice soon expanded into deeper explorations of Jnana Yoga, guided by experienced teachers from across India. His journey as a student naturally evolved into that of a teacher, and he began sharing yoga internationally, including in parts of Europe.
With years of personal practice, teaching experience, and spiritual growth, Sujeesh felt called to create his own space, a yoga school rooted in the integration of all four paths of yoga: Raja, Bhakti, Jnana, and Karma Yoga.
